*HOT* -  20 May 00  Alright, the technical wizards at Freeservers that they are, found a way to lose all of my code and images, so I am slowly re-building from a backup, so bear with me. The site has been down for more than a month, so hopefully it will be totally back soon.

Updates will be posted here.

*6 Feb 00- Ok, I have updated my powerlifting page, along with my power links, so be sure to check it out (if that sort of thing interests you, if not, you can go here.   I have also added a link to some pics we took in Naples, Florida.  You can check out the photo album, or check them out here.     My links page also has a few sites listed as well, so be sure to check them out.   

*31 Dec 99- Alright...I have added a few pages in the photo album, of Mt. Rainier and Seattle. You can check them out here. Also, a few people have asked, so I have placed a link to a few pictures of the house we just bought, so if you give a crap, go here.

*29 Dec 99- Whoa...long time since I have done a real update. I have added a small page where you can see our new toys. Check them out.
